Coimmunization with adjuvant does not restore proliferative capability. Groups of BALB/c mice were immunized with 10¹¹ gc rAAV2/7gag mixed in a 1:1 ratio with incomplete Freund’s adjuvant. Mice were then boosted with 10¹⁰ vp AdC68gag 1 month later, and blood was collected 2 and 4 weeks after the boost.
