Insulin signaling through protein kinase Akt/protein kinase B (PKB), a downstream element
of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway, regulates diverse cellular functions
including metabolic pathways, apoptosis, mitogenesis, and membrane trafficking. To identify
