A previous study showed that∼ 25–50% of rabbit ileal brush border (BB) Na+/H+ exchanger
NHE3 is in lipid rafts (LR)(Li, X., Galli, T., Leu, S., Wade, JB, Weinman EJ, Leung, G.,
